The warranty on ceiling fans installed by an authorized electrician recommended by the company is complete and lasts for 5 years (on the motor). The installer is responsible for the warranty on the installation itself.

It is important to match the fan size to the size of the space in which it will be installed. A wide variety of our fans are also suitable for installation in roofed-in pergolas.

The engine and its parts are made of metal. The fan blades are made of various materials – wood, metal, plastic, or MDF – depending on the style.

Standard rod length is suited to standard ceiling heights. For non-standard ceilings, we have custom, adaptable rod lengths.

The body of the fan comes in white or black. The fan blades come in natural or nut brown. You can request to paint the fan body or blades when making a custom order, at an additional cost and lengthier shipping time.

Once your order has been confirmed, it will be shipped to your final destination within 10 business days.

You can receive a refund or exchange an item within 14 days of its shipment to your final destination, so long as the fan remains closed in its original packaging and was never opened, put together, or installed. To make an exchange or return an item, you must bring the item and your order confirmation to a SOHO AIR store.
